Templates
A template is a normal .xlsx where every input cell contains a dash (-). Upload one and it becomes an option in the app on every device. Re-using a name publishes a new version: new records use it, existing records keep the version they were captured with.

Sections
Sections turn the tech's form into grouped cards, in this order. Assign inputs to sections by clicking cells below. Inputs left unassigned end up in an automatic "Other" section (no sections at all = the app groups by spreadsheet row).
Sheet
The auto-import already guessed the inputs — click any cell to correct it. Yellow = tech input. Blue = calculated; darker blue = also shown on the tech's form.

Design value register
Upload the anchor register (.xlsx, first sheet). The app shows these design values beside the matching as-built fields — for reference only, never auto-filled.

Users
Everyone needs an account to use the app — access is invite-only. Techs can capture and sync records; admins can also use this page. New users sign in with Google (same email) or the password you hand them. You can't remove your own account or change your own role.
